The shift^ Founders Network is a private community for founders and entrepreneurial builders committed to creating meaningful companies and supporting one another. It operates on trust, integrity, and contribution. Access is available by invitation or by application, followed by peer-vetting.

Membership is selective and based on peer-vetting. Entry is possible either by personal invitation or by application, followed by endorsement and curator alignment. The network consists of two groups:
Core Members - founders and co-founders who build and lead ventures. They form the center of the community and shape its culture, collaboration, and direction.
Extended Members - selectively invited contributors whose expertise strengthens and expands the network, including:
Peer-vetting: new members must be endorsed by at least two existing members and may join a short curator call to align expectations, contribution mindset, and values.
Who this is for: builders over spectators; givers over takers; individuals who show up with curiosity, humility, responsibility, and a long-term view.
Who this is not for: aggressive selling, lead-hunting, recruitment activity, opportunistic behavior, or any misuse of access.

To join the shift^ Founders Network - whether by completing the Application Form, applying for membership, attending an event, or participating in any community activity - you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following governing documents:

Is there a fee?
Membership is currently free. Some events may request contributions to cover direct costs (venue, logistics, speakers, materials, etc.).
Can I apply without being invited?
Yes. Founders and eligible contributors may apply for membership via the Application Form. All applications are reviewed through our peer-vetting process.
Is this an investor club?
No. This is a founder-first community. It is not an investor group or fundraising platform. Any collaborations, partnerships, or investments occur independently outside the Network and at members’ own discretion.
Can non-founders join?
Yes - selectively. In addition to Core Members (founders), we invite Extended Members such as scientists, engineers, domain experts, advisors, media professionals, and public-sector innovators who align with our mission, values, and contribution principles.
How do I join?
Access is by invitation or approved application. If invited or accepted, you will receive a private link to confirm your details and formally join.
Is pitching, selling, or recruitment allowed?
No. Lead-hunting, pitching for services, aggressive selling, recruitment solicitation, or any form of extraction behavior is strictly prohibited. Contribution over extraction.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. The Network operates under a strict Community Participation & Confidentiality Agreement and Privacy Policy (GDPR). Personal and business information shared inside is confidential unless explicitly approved for external use.
Are events recorded?
Events may be photographed or lightly documented for community storytelling. Private discussions and sensitive content are never publicly shared. Members may request not to appear in event media.
What is expected from members?
Show up with integrity, respect, and curiosity. Share insights, provide honest feedback, help others grow, and protect confidentiality. We build ecosystems, not silos.
May I leave the Network?
Yes. Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time. Your personal data will be handled according to the shift^ Founders Network Privacy Policy (GDPR).
